Deliveries

• These orders are dispatched on a best endeavours basis. 95% of all orders during a special order periods are delivered on the next working day.

• Orders are despatched same day if placed before 4.00pm Monday to Friday
• Orders placed after 4.00pm Monday to Thursday will despatch the following working day
• Orders placed after 4.00pm on Friday will despatch Monday
• Orders placed anytime on Saturday or Sunday will despatch Monday

• Enter your mobile phone number when ordering and we will text you when your order has been despatched

• Delivery will be between 8am and 6.00pm - Monday to Friday
• Somebody will be required to be present to accept the delivery

• We only deliver to the UK

• We can deliver to an alternative address (your work for example)

• An additional delivery charge may be necessary. If this is the case we will contact you before proceeding with your order

• Delivery to Isle of Wight, Isle of Man & the Isle of Skye can take up to a week. This is also the case in some areas of Scotland
• Delivery to Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man & the Isle of Skye is charged at £14.95 +Vat
• We are unable to deliver to the Channel Islands, Southern Ireland or BFPO addresses

• The courier will attempt 2 deliveries on consecutive working days
• If you are not available to accept the delivery you may collect it from the local depot for up to 5 days
• After 5 days your order will be returned to us and we will refund you minus the delivery charge
